What's included?
- Exhibition space including a standard table, tablecloth and sign with the company name;
- Alternatively, exhibitors can bring their own roll-up or build their own mini-stand (please check with us in advance to ensure that it fits in the allocated space).
- One power socket and up to 2 chairs;
- The table or stand serves as a focal point for discussions with other attendees and can be used to display marketing literature, samples, giveaways, a laptop running a presentation, etc.
- Exhibitor Profile on the Conference Website, complete with Company Profile and contact details.

Please note that refunds refer exclusively to attendee admission fees. Unfortunately, no refunds can be made on exhibition bookings, sponsorship packages or other services, once these have been booked.
Substitutions of attendees by colleagues from the same company/organisation is accepted at any time and at no charge.
Full refund will be made if the organisers cancel the conference, for any reason.
