V-Demo

Company X manufactures modern, complex production lines.  It recently attended a trade fair, where it spent EUR 1.5 million to transport, set up, supply with raw material, man and operate such a line.


A V-Demo (Video Demonstration) at BLOW MOULDING 2024 has a similar impact, but requires a very small budget!  It consists of a 5-10 minute professionally produced video, which is screened as part of the Conference Agenda.  A company representative provides the running commentary, then answers questions from the audience.


Here's why a V-Demo is so much better than a real-life demonstration at a trade fair:

  • It costs much, much less!
  • There are no safety concerns and distances; you can show potential customers every advantage, while editing away anything that's confidential.
  • There are no embarrassing problems; the video showcases your equipment, product or technology at its best.
  • The video file remains your property and can be further used at trade fairs, customer meetings, etc.

  • Alternatively, exhibitors can bring their own roll-up or collapsible stand (please check with us in advance to ensure that it fits in the allocated space).
  • One power socket and up to 2 chairs;
  • The table or stand serves as a focal point for discussions with other attendees and can be used to display marketing literature, samples, giveaways, a laptop running a presentation, etc.
  • Exhibitor Profile in the Conference App, complete with Company Profile and contact details.
